-
Determine the number of guest you wish to
invite. If you plan to invite your child's class
mates please note that many schools have a rule
that if you invite one classmate, you must invite
them all. This is done to eliminate hurt feelings
especially in the younger children.
-
Be sure to include your child in some of
the planning such as the Party Theme based on
favorite activity, Cartoon character, etc.
-
Pick the locale for the party
whether it is at home or letting the staff at That
Fun Place help with your Party.
-
Select the Party Flavors and table
decorations, snacks and games to illustrate the
theme. If having your Party at your Local Family
Entertainment Center rather than having 20
children in your home - Double check with our
Party Hosts for decoration details and
restrictions.
-
Choose Entertainment for the Guests -
Hiring a local Clown or Magician, Arts and Crafts,
Pool or Slumber party for older children.
Utilizing the many activities of our Fun
Center.
-
When choosing party food and drinks - Keep
It Simple such as Pizza, Cake or Ice Cream. It is
obvious you do not want 20 children with Grape
Kool-Aid on your white carpet.
-
Do a cost comparison between having the
party at home and having it at our Fun
Center. Rethink the idea of having the party in
your home - does your home have a location
which is designed for 10-20 children.
-
Mail your invitations directly to the
quests or send them in care of their parents and
ask for an RSVP. Include a map of the party
location, planned food, activities and recommended
dress. Drop off and Pickup time. For Children
under 5 you may want to request that a parent stay
with the party guest.
